What is an “E” ticket?

E-tickets are offered by many major airlines and allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. offers e-tickets wherever they are available.

For traveling on an e-ticket, the passenger needs to carry a government issued photo identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) to the airport. E-ticketed passenger must have a printed boarding pass in order to proceed directly through security for check-in at the gate. Travelers with check-in baggage or e-tickets who do not have printed boarding passes must approach the ticket counter prior to going through security checkpoints.

If a Visa is required; do, I need to send in my original Passport?

Yes. For most countries, a passport needs to be submitted so the visa may be stamped on one of the blank visa pages.

How do I book VIA online (with sample of reservation)?

How safe is my destination?

Almost every city in the world has crime, only some are worse than others. In general, be sensible when you are in a strange city. If you walk down any city street with two cameras, expensive jewelry and a laptop on display you may attract unwanted attention. Equally, when self-driving, hire a car that is big enough to get all your luggage in the boot – luggage/camera etc. on display on the back seat is not advisable.

How do I change or cancel a booking I made?

You cannot currently make changes to a booking online in real-time. In the meantime, you will need to contact us at, or call us on 02-622 9900 as soon as possible if you have to cancel part or all of your booking.

The following will apply: 
At least 3 days before the departure, contact Bin Saleh Travel agents to avoid any applicable charges. In this regard, we would like to inform you that your travel insurance includes cover for cancellation charges in the event of cancellation due to illness and other uncontrollable circumstances. After travel has commenced unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How will I know that I have a confirmed reservation and a seat assignment?

Net fares: The e-mail you receive when you purchase your ticket includes your purchase confirmation number. If you have a PNR, your reservation is confirmed. In rare circumstances, it is possible that there is routing error or airline failing to honor the fare resulting in the system disallowing us to ticket the order. If that happens, you will be notified by email, or one of our agents will contact you over phone.

To play it safe it would be wise to await ticketing information before making further travel arrangements.
To be sure you have a seat assignment, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure and check in promptly.
Whether you have a paper ticket or an e-ticket, early check-in is always advisable.
