IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Visa Processing Fee – Must be made in the office before processing the visa. This is non-
    refundable if visa application rejected/denied.
  • Once you have submitted your on-line application you will still be required to provide your original
  • passport only for “SCHENGEN VISA”, however; no need original passport for tourist visa online copy is
    enough. Supporting documents and the appropriate fees if you have not paid.
  • Visa Deposit – Applicable depending on what type of visa applied (ex: tourist visa). Visa deposit
    is refundable upon passengers exit, given that exit stamp must be provided. Visa deposit will
    differ depending on nationality and type of visa applied.
  • Insurance Fee – Applicable depending on what type of visa applied.
  • Processing Time – Differs depending on what type of visa applied.
